Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province. Apart frome the Han, there are 16 minority ethnic groups, including the Miao, Buyi, Dong, Yi, Shui, Hui, Gelao, Zhuang, Yao, Manchu, Bai, Mongolian, Qiang and Tujia. The 1990 census shows the province's total population was 32.391 million, of which 11.236 million, or 34.7 percent are ethnic minorities. The most populous minority ethnic group was the Miao, totaling 3.6869 million. It is followed by the Buyi(2.4781 million), the Dong (1.4 003 million), and the Tujia(1.0282 million). Moreover, the Buyis, Shuis and Glaos in Guizhou accounted for over 95 percent of their population

Arrive in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province. Meet at airport and transfer to your hotel. Then take a city tour. You will visit Guiyang Flower & Bird Market, and the Hongfu Temple where is the center of Buddhism in Guizhou Province.

Drive about 6 hours to Kaili, On the way, visit Miao villages in Xiasi, where the minorities always keep their traditional culture and customs. Upon arrival of Kaili, visit Kaili Museum. Stay at Kaili Hotel.

Ride about 2 hours to Chonganjiang, a beautiful valley, Boating along the valley for an hour, enjoy the beautiful nature. After lunch, Depart for Gejia Miao village, where the residents wear traditional Miao cloth with colorful decoration. Get back to Kaili. Stay at Kaili Hotel.

Drive about 5 hours to Sandu, visit Miao village in Qingman and Shui people's villages on the way, enjoy local customs. Stay at Golden Autumn Hotel.

Drive along Rong River, enjoy nice views of bamboos and terraces on the way, also you have chance to visit Dong ethnic group and their unique village. Stay at Rongjiang Hotel.

Drive through Leishan back to Kaili. On the way, you will visit a Miao village which is called living museum. In the village, the clothes and buildings are the most beautiful and unique in Guizhou Province. Overnight at Kaili hotel.

Drive back to Guiyang, open in the afternoon. Stay at Guiyang.

Drive about 7 hours to Weining. Enjoy natural views along the way. Overnight at Wening.

In the morning, visit the Flower Miao, a sub-branch of Miao, which is named as the colorful pattern broidered on their gown. And also visit their houses built in clay. Afterward, drive about 3 hours to Liupanshui. Overnight at Liupanshui.

Today, you will sightseeing at the highest waterfall of Asia, Huangguoshu Waterfall, and visit some Miao villages on the way. Stay at the Huangguoshu Hotel.

Drive about 5 hours to Xingyi. Upon arrival of Xingyi, visit Black Miao, another sub-branch of Miao, who are special with their frilled skirt and dazzling silver decorations. Overnight at Xingying.

Drive 3 hours to Luoping, enjoy not only the nice views of Nine-dragon waterfalls and Duoyi River, but also colorful customs of Buyi ethnic. Overnight at Lubuge Hotel which is located beside the largest reservoir of Yunnan province.

Drive 4 hours to the Stone Forest which is one of the great nature wonders in China, Sightseeing in the Stone Forest, enjoy the colorful performance by Sani ethnic group. Overnight in Stone Forest.

Drive 2 hours to Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province. After lunch, transfer to airport and see you off.
