     Three day tour of Ningxia

     This three day tour includes all the prime attractions of Ningxia-- a beautiful yet less visted area of North Western China.

Day 1: Arrive in Ningxia. Visit the Western Xia Mausoleum( a large tomb group of the royal families of Western Xia Kingdom, an ancient kingdom once existed here in Ningxia nearly 1000 years ago). the Rock Carvings in Helan Mountain( pictures carved on rocks, the earliest were done during the old stone age), and the Western China Film Studio--Zhenbeibao Film City.     overnight stay: Yinchuan

Day2:  Bus ride to Zhongwei( a small town in the south of Ningxia, with beautiful desert),on the way visit the 108 Pagodas( a Buddhist pagoda group of altogether 108 arranged in a triangle shape on the slope of a mountain, the only one of its kind in China)visit Shapotou( 5A National tourist Zone with beautiful scenery of both the Yellow River and the Desert) overnight stay: Zhongwei  

Day3: Back to Yinchuan      Visit the provincial Museum and the Haibao Temple.
